Library TitanGPT Agent
We are excited to share our new Library TitanGPT Agent designed to help with answering questions specifically related to the library. These questions could include but are not limited to library services, hours, desk locations, and research.
What is TitanGPT?
TitanGPT is a secure generative artificial intelligence (AI) tool powered by ChatGPT-4o and developed by Cal State Fullerton (CSUF) Information Technology (IT). Chat data from TitanGPT will be internalized within the campus. For more information, visit the landing page on CSUF IT's website.
Accessing the Library Agent

After navigating to this page, find the "Chat" button on the bottom-right corner of your screen to start chatting with the Library Agent. See below for screenshots of the chat button and window.
Mobile
The chat button will not appear on mobile devices. Instead, use the button below:
Responsible Use of AI
CSUF supports the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies to enhance work, teaching, learning, research, and campus services.
Please be aware that users are responsible for any mistakes generated by TitanGPT or any other generative AI system. Students should consult their instructors’ AI policies before using any generative AI tool, including TitanGPT, for their assignments.
