The Reference Desk is located in the Information and Learning Commons on the 1st floor, Pollak Library North. Reference librarians are available during most library hours to help patrons with their questions and research.

Priority is given to CSUF students, faculty and staff, although members of the public are welcome. Assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Students, faculty and staff with detailed questions may be asked to make a research consultation appointment.
