Telephone Research Assistance

Telephone Reference is available to all Pollak Library users for assistance with specific questions during reference desk hours. Telephone patrons may have to wait until a librarian is free to answer a question. Reference questions requiring extensive research or involving detailed information will be directed to other forms of reference service.
