How do I, as CSUF faculty/staff, establish and activate borrowing privileges at CSUF?

Faculty and Staff: The following are required for submission to Circulation Services for registration of library privileges and activation of library cards.
  • Proof of current employment (any of the following):
    • Current pay stub (within last two months)
    • Current employment contract or appointment letter
    • Letter on proper department stationery stating that you are currently employed, signed by an administrator
  • Campus ID card
  • It is your responsibility to provide proof of current employment. Circulation Services cannot accept a telephone confirmation of employment.
  • Registration Information Required
