Reciprocal Borrowing

About Reciprocal Borrowing
To improve access to resources not owned by Pollak Library, a number of reciprocal borrowing arrangements have been established with selected institutions. The purpose of these agreements is to allow CSUF students, faculty, and staff to go directly to another library and borrow the resources they need in person.

Reciprocal Lending Policies
Inquire at the Circulation Desk about reciprocal polcies at the library from which you want to borrow materials. Local lending rules apply at each participating library, including:

  • Limits on the number of items borrowed
  • Overdue fines
  • Replacement cost for lost or damaged materials
  • Debts for fines or lost books must be settled by the user at the library where incurred. Failures to pay at the other library will indebt a student CSUF account.
