Students

  • If you updated your profile for the portal, enter the portion of your email address prior to the @ symbol. If you have not yet updated your portal profile, enter your student ID (CWID).


  • If you have updated your profile for the portal, enter the password you selected. If you have not yet updated your portal profile, enter your PIN.

Faculty/Staff
  • Your CSUF Username e.g., jsmith

  • Your Password

Alumni Portal and Guest Users

If you do not have a Student or Faculty/Staff CSUF portal account then you may view our database list, but will not be able to access our subscription resources.
