• TitanCards are issued by the TitanCard Office (1st floor, Library South).
• There is no charge for the first card.

Non-CSUF Borrowers
ALL non-CSUF borrowers must register at the Circulation Desk to obtain library privileges before obtaining a library card.

Library Cards for SJSU-SLIS Students

• TitanCard is your library card.
• TitanCard is issued by the TitanCard Office.
• Cost for a TitanCard is $5 payable to TitanCard.
• TitanCard needs to be activated at the Circulation Desk before it can be used as your library card.

Library cards for Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) members

• Courtesy-TitanCard is your library card.
• Courtesy-TitanCard is issued by the TitanCard Office.
• There is no charge for the first card.
• TitanCard needs to be activated at the Circulation Desk before it can be used as your library card.

Library Cards for Patrons of the Library members

• Patrons-TitanCard is your library card.
• Patrons-TitanCard is issued by the TitanCard Office.
• There is no charge for the first card.
• TitanCard needs to be activated at the Circulation Desk before it can be used as your library card.

Library Cards for Reciprocal Borrowers members

• Your campus ID will serve as your library card at Pollak Library.

Library Cards for CSUF Alumni Association members

• Alumni-TitanCard is your library card.
• Alumni-TitanCard is issued by the TitanCard Office.
• Cost of the Alumni-TitanCard is included in your membership fee.
• Alumni-TitanCard needs to be activated at the Circulation Desk before it can be used as your library card.

Library cards for other special borrowers
Special borrowers include other CSU alumni, Art Alliance, Friends of the Arboretum, President's Association, and Reading Educators Guild members.

• Affiliation membership card serves as your library card.
• The Circulation Desk will affix a barcode to your membership card.
• There is no charge for this service.

Library cards for qualifying Orange County teachers (excluding substitute teachers)

• Courtesy-TitanCard is your library card.
• Courtesy-TitanCard is issued by the TitanCard Office.
• Cost for Courtesy-TitanCard is $5 payable to TitanCard.
• Courtesy-TitanCard needs to be activated at the Circulation Desk before it can be used as your library card.

Lost library card

• Report your lost library card immediately to any Circulation Desk staff member to prevent unauthorized use of your card
• TitanCard recommends the following:
  • Report your lost card immediately to the TitanCard Office.
  • Once you receive a new library card, have card activated at the Circulation Desk.
• If you receive a replacement library card, the number will not work for library access until you have activated it as well; this does not happen automatically.
